Who we are
We’re relatively new on the scene, established in April 2022 with the goal of creating a more airtight, rigorous, and robust regulatory framework for high-rise buildings in England.
We’re taking on a challenge of historic importance. Enabling industry to adopt better, safer ways forward, establishing open channels of communication that empower residents to be an active part of change, and building strength and confidence in safer futures for high rise communities – that’s our mission. And we’re putting residents at the heart of each and every decision.
Changing the culture of an entire industry isn’t easy. But we’ve already made huge leaps that have wide-ranging, tangible impacts on communities across the UK. From new safety standards to dedicated and extensive collaboration with residents and industry professionals, we’re working towards a safer future for all. Together.
